What happens after you contact us
Every enquiry is read by a person, usually within one business day and often much faster. There is no automated qualification sequence deciding whether you are worth a reply. If your message contains enough detail, we respond with initial thoughts rather than a generic request to book a call.
The first conversation runs about thirty minutes and is spent almost entirely on your business. We want to understand what you sell, who buys it, how they currently find you, what has been tried, what is working, and what specifically prompted you to look for help now. We will not spend that time presenting slides about ourselves.
If there is a plausible fit, the next step is usually a short written summary of what we heard, what we would prioritise and roughly what it would involve in time and budget. If there is not a fit, we say so in that first conversation and, where we can, point you toward a better option.
Nobody will chase you afterwards with a sequence of follow-up emails. If the timing is not right, tell us when to check back and we will respect that date.
